If I had to make a guess I would say that NFSHPR will target 1080p/30fps on the base Xbox One and PS4 and 4k/30fps on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. However at this time it is unknown what the frame rates will be or if there will be further upgrades for Xbox One X, or PlayStation 4 Pro.
